Hi all, I need some help...

Believing the property market in Auckland has definately run it's race for the foreseeable future, we have recently sold our house and will soon be cashed up. This presents a great opportunity, but is a little un-nerving given the current market conditions.

Where to go to from here.... Our plan is to hold out of property for at least the next 18 mths, but are struggling to decide the best option for such a short investment horizon.

We believe the sharemarket still looks wobbly and are looking at Gold as a possible investment. Any suggestions on investment strategies over this time frame?
