Default Buying property in the Philippines

We are in the midst of a credit crunch, which means that if you have spare cash now is a good time to buy property in the Philippines. But don't buy condos. You need a strategy to get the best buys. The Philippines in the 3rd leg of this bull market is going to offer the best property price growth of any market, and this boom, which will start in earnest in 3 years will go for another 10-15 years. In the meantime you need to learn and earn so you can buy as much as possible. Tell you expat relatives and friends. Check out Foreclosed Property.
