Default Allied Farmers (ALF), how low will it go?

I have been considering buying some Allied shares (ALF) after the merge but would like to ask peoples thoughts and views on just how stable the company is after the risk they have taken..

Also, what do you think the value of the shares will drop to, they are currently at 10c?

Just following up on my plans to buy Allied Farmers (alf) I have just purchased a block at $0.05 per share. This was after hearing two good headlines from the news..

well Allied Nationwide Finance has gone into receivership as of yesterday and I'm trying to determine if this is going to be a good thing for Allied Finance shareholders...

ALF have put on hold the prospectus for 19.5m.. Does that mean it no longer needs that money and will put ALF into a better position?
